I say marginally computer literate, because if you want to use TVANTS, you need to go through a proxy server (TV ANTS is blocked for UK ip's). It's not hard to do. Details in the forum here:

Bizarre, showing men putting barriers up whenthe racing is going on, although I use the term racing loosely as it took them 5 1/2 hours to do 200k. Only speeded up in the last 2k.
