Out on the 217 this morning wearing my new aero sloth helmet and with the power tap ticking over at 225w I was cruising at 20.89mph, Addiscombe 10s here I come :?

If you do the evening 10s you'll improve your times quite quickly on your first time as you'll know the course and where the little drags are. I knocked 30 seconds off on my second one just from knowing that.

Just give it some welly and have fun, it's only 10 miles and soon over :) .

Evening 10, 10th June, first rider off at 7.45 pm
Evening 10, 24th June, first rider off at 7.45 pm
Evening 10, 8th July, first rider off at 7.45 pm
Evening 10, 22nd July, first rider off at 7.45 pm
ACC President’s 10, 13th September, first rider off at 10 am

They are all club members only ones. The 6th Sept is the Open event which will need entering through a CTT entry form.
