Yaay right, at last, did a session last night.
Side planks, straight plank, crunch, reverse crunch, twist-crunches, the balancy-thrusty-thing tamar described and a leg lift for good measure.
Just need to keep it up now I guess.

Also discovered that on my commute after a while I'm tensing up and locking my arms straight without realising it. Noticed last night and made a mental effort to keep my arms slightly bent and shoulders forward. Et Viola, no searing pain in shoulder at the end.

Pull up bars sound like a good idea though. The sort that fit a doorway or the sort that bolt onto the wall?

Mine is in the doorway - very inconspicuous, unless I'm hanging from it red-faced

I have been sneaking off to the disabled loo at work where there is room to do surreptitious planks - I am working on the premise of 'little and often'. Although I'm not entirely sure how hygienic the floor is in there.

There's logs in our disabled loos - but I haven't seen any planks in there :D

I'll get my coat...

I'm definitely suffering some kind of identity/schizo crisis this week. This is simultaneously the funniest, and unfunniest thing I've read all week. I don't know how you do it Huw, but thanks.....I think :?
