Boonen is back

After a hard and fast workout at Chertsey last night, I finished strongly in the sprint (2 riders were away) and with about 100m to go was leading the charge, but went slightly too early, fading just before the line. credited with 14th place overall and 1st 3rd cat YAY

Fred was also riding - back here for a while now, and finished in the bunch
