Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

The next ACC evening 10 TT on the G10/42 (details below for first timers) is on Tuesday 10th June, first rider off at 7.45pm.
Entry fee is £2.50 to cover CTT levy and ACC handicap competetion prizes (1st, 2nd & 3rd on handicap for each event - awards at end of season). If this is your first-ever TT, entry is free and you get a long handicap, so come and have a go!
Please contact PM or email Jon Hemming to get on the start sheet. We do accept some entries on the line, but it is much easier all round if you can confirm entry by Monday. Thanks,
Agreeable Time-keeper

REMINDER: you must have 3rd Party insurance (available through CTC, LCC, BC etc.) to participate, but you should have this if you are a club member anyway

G10/42 DETAILS
START in Spook Hill, North Holmwood, at PO Telephone Inspection Cover 30 yards from junction with A24.
Proceed to A24 where LEFT into acceleration lane to join A24. Proceed south to Beare Green roundabout. Take second exit and follow Capel by-pass to Clark’s Green roundabout (CHECK).
Encircle roundabout and retrace on A24 via Beare Green roundabout to FINISH at drain at north end of penultimate crash barrier 634 yards before North Holmwood roundabout.

I said I'd help out at this one again so am happy to push people over, sorry I mean off, again and number spot.

Translation of the very detailed CTT directions is "Straight up the A24, straight over (2nd exit) the first roundabout, all the way round the 2nd roundabout and head back where you came from. Keep going until you see Tim hiding in the bushes with his checkered flag :D ".

Hope to ride some of the later ones.

Andrew - sorry I'd forgotten you offered to help for this one and I think we've a full set so you could ride this. You've done one event and put your name in the frame for another so quota wise you are covered. I'm away so can't make it unfortunately :( . Mind you the way my leg is I'm not sure I'd be physically capable :( :(

Snoop

Sorry but plan b has failed :( . I would still love to help but I now have no way to get to this.

I live in Riddlesdown and if any kind sole could deliver me both ways, door to door, then I'm your man.

I can chip in to share the costs if anybody has to go out of their way

Marky, I can give you a lift as I'll be heading out passed Riddlesdown anyway. If you PM me your address and telephone number I'll give you a call at some point to sort out a time.
