What a waste of an afternoon that was.

Drove up to Cambridgeshire to the E2/10 course, weather seemed OK on the way, until it started raining as I got to the HQ. Sat around in the car sulking for a while, wondering whether it would clear up, then decided to get on with it anyway. So got the bike out, number pinned on etc, and started warming up. Did a pretty good warm up and was heading to the start when the front tyre punctured. Rode back to the car on a flat tub, packed up, came home.
