Arrrrr - good point Jon I'll try tee rectify that.

I'd like to say I got injured contesting a bunch sprint in some exotic, far away race place. Truth is - extreme gardening after an intense TT is not good for yer :evil: Slowly recovering.....

I can tell you grom experience that gardening is far more dangerous than riding.

My advice - forget it and get out on the bike.

Whoever saw a cyclist with a neat and tidy garden :?:
