a lot of people have wrote mini stories on here about being hit by a driver, and not getting money, or if they are due, still waiting.
last november, i was hit by a lady who was clearly in the wrong.
i had my friend riding with me aswell, so i had a witness, and she admitted all!

initially, the lawyer i got said id get £2000 for all my probelms.
i was made to wait 5 months for all my cuts to heal to see what scarring i was left with.in the mean time, the drivers insurers came around to look at my bike and clothes which i had claimed for, and a payment of £500 was made within two weeks of them visiting me!

once 5 months had passed i was then sent to a doctor in london to be examined, and a photographer.

once the photos were sent, the ladies insurance had 2 weeks by law to offer a settlement fee, or my lawyer would take them to court and she would demand what she wanted!

the insurers offered me £2500, my lawyer declined, so the came back with £3500. i was delighted so accepted. this morning my lawyer sent me a letter through the post saying she declined that and told them to send me £3800 within two weeks.....so in total im getting £4300!!!!

not bad kiddes!

i also had it wrote ina contract before i started that no matter what happens i dont pay a penny!!!!!

if anyones interested these guys for me were great
