well bugger me. i tried it on one of the three "round key" locks i have (not only kryptonite do them) and it took two seconds.

now i can't even get it to close again.

do you think they're gonna go bust with this?

My lock is a Kryptonite one, but a different version with the locking barrel at the end, which does not seem to be affected?????

Dunno. They are supposed to be issuing a statement of some sort.

I have heard veiled references to opening them with "a common household object" several times in the last year - I think it was a guy in Brixton cycles told me to get an Abus instead (which i did) which has a key similar to a car key
