29 views and no one knows?
Surely after all the fuss Adiscombe made about this event , the results would be posted somewhere?

Hi Marco.
I didn't go to the event.
I'm just interested in the results.
I thought that since this is (as far as I know) one of the only open TT's that ACC put on each year, that the results would be posted.
Surely after all the talk about this event on the forum and on the club run ,someone could put the results up?

Well now there was of course the French version of President's 10 last weekend.

I do believe it was called La Presidente Quinze - and instead of Holmwood - we used Mont Ventoux. Needless tee say I came plumb last but I do believe there is a special prize for that - the wooden bidon!!

Am in process of drafting article for gazette about our fabbie trip - I suspect the results from the official competition will precede my update by some time......

Cheers - Snoop

The President's 10 is not an open event it's restricted to Club members only. It tends to be run on a little bit lower key basis and the results get e-mailed around. Unfortunately I think Dave Palmer who normally does it is on holiday and Joyce (our club president) who stepped in and ran the competition is not part of the online world. I will see her tomorrow so I will try and get her to let me have a copy of the results so I can let you know.

The Open 10 is tomorrow so you're welcome to come along (help if you want I could always do with a willing volunteer) and check the results. If you want to know the results I'm more than happy to post them up afterwards but there are not many Addiscombe Riders.

By the way the club promotes a lot of open events (open 25 TT, open 3up TT, Beastway round, cyclocross, road race (at least 2) and a crystal palace RR round as well as various club 10s during the summer) so the organisers are always anxious for volunteers to help with these things.

Ps good luck to Doug who road Ventoux last weekend and is riding his first 10tt tomorrow at the open event.
