Keith n Tamar have smooth talked me into revisiting a 10 course I really don't like . I'm a glutton for punishment. I still associate this place with wearing a dress

I very rarely ride open events at Holmwood, because I don't like the course.

But after Keith collared us after the SCCU 50 on Sunday I was overcome with guilt, and in a moment of madness filled in an entry form which was given to Tamar last night.

I'm doing a 50 the day afterwards too - Southend Wheelers.

Deary me Paul . How can you ride 100s, a 12hr, and not do a friend's 10 because you don't like the course[img]http://www.timetriallingforum.co.uk/style_emoticons/default/thumbdown.gif[/img].

I don't actually mind the course that much, the drags and lumps make it a bit interesting. I don't think it's that slow either. Perhaps compared to some real quick courses, but the top placed riders all still do very quick times on it, and even for a relative sloth like myself it's not been that much different to the more heralded G10/57.
