Not sure really, but up for an early start, aiming to get back for the usual club run time (i.e. 2PM)..

Could do the hilly 50 or old ports again, (or maybe go to brighton).

Any other ideas ??

Not sure..That sounds a bit tough !!

Maybe do the standard training B ride, then come back via a few hills..

Graham, well done for trying, keep at it - you never know there might be more interest at the start

A suggestion for a route - how about one of mine that includes Leith Hill (see Routes forum)? It has the added attraction of a cafe stop at Walton on the Hill

How about taking the turn before the usual Box Hill turn off at Newdigate after the cafe stop, I think its Trigg street and heading over to Ockley, Ewhurst, up and over the hill to Shere, then Combe Bottom or Whitedowns and Box Hill. Not sure how much longer this'll take though and neither am I implying that I'm actually up for doing it, but could be talked into it!!
