theres a car park where we are set off from, on the main road.

We're starting in waterhouse lane aren't we? in which case it might get a bit crowded down there. There's always the option of parking in the middle of bletchingley and riding down, or there's a big layby on the righthand side heading up into bletchingly (opposite the speed camera)

if it has been raining there are a couple of spots on the course to watch out for.
on the initial descent off the A25 down from nutfield you can get a bit of a river flowing across the road as the water runs off the fields and you're going downhill at quite a speed around a series of blind corners.
and on the bottom turn at the T junction the road gets covered in gravel.

I did read somewhere there's are car park near the start - (west end of Waterhouse Lane) - can't see it on aerial map. Could anyone be kind enough to describe where parking is?
