Beastway - getting there

Postby Andrew G » Tue Jul 15, 2008 2:50 pm

Okee-dokee so I'll be setting off in my old banger with an old banger of a bike in the boot tomorrow after lunch.

Am I right in thinking the best way to get there is...

M25 to J29
A127, straight over to go on to A12, then right on to A1112 (Whalebone Lane).
Hainault Forest Park is Fox Burrow Road on the right.

Ta.

Sounds about right.

If you are coming from the M25, there is a brown sign saying turn right for Hainault Forest Country Park about a mile before the junction.

er not so much wait 'til 2 as I'll be a bit later. Will be leaving work at 1 to get home and grab stuff and then be leaving between 2.30 and 3pm (picking up PVTs knobblies first). Should get to Hainault by 4ish.

Turn right :? , looks like a left off the M25 from the south, or do you mean a sign before the A1112? Either way if I see a sign I'll follow that instead. See you tomorrow.
