One of our helpers for this Sunday's race is in no state to attend. Signed off doctor's orders, can't be helped get well soon. Appreciate this is v v short notice but if any kind soul can step up for this one it would be much appreciated. It's an afternoon slot.

Ockley, dorking. Race is 1pm, 83 miles.
