New rider alert

Postby deano2915 » Mon Jul 28, 2008 10:58 pm

Hey guys. Decided it was time to step it up a level. Time to move on from riding round on my own for hours on end. Not officially a member yet, but after checking out the site it seems a cert. Un-fortunatley i won't be able to make the next few saturday runs, (Work and Hols) So it'll be a few weeks yet. That is unless there's anything going on mid-week?

So for now any advice would be appreciated and i look forward to meeting up.

Deano

Well, almost impossible, but you've left everyone speechless.

I never thought it could happen.

Turn up at 9 with a mechanically sound bike, a couple of spare inner tubes, and some money for tea and cake at the cafe. Make yourself known to anyone who will then point you to a captain or vice captain. Join a group, cycle to Chalrwood, drink tea and eat cake, cycle back to Croydon. Bob's your uncle, job done.

Fear not Monty will have one in your hand before you've made it to the table in the cafe with your cuppa :D .
