The President's 10

Well, last night was the final evening 10 for 2008, but the fun ain't over yet.

Our annual "President's 10" will be held on Saturday 13th September at 10am, on the Holmwood course.

There's a tip top prize on offer for this one, in the form of the Stan Harvey Shield which will be awarded at the club dinner. It's awarded on handicap, so everyone's in with a chance - all you have to do is give your PB a good thrashing on the day.

I intend to pootle round at a leisurely pace with a view to setting myself up for the handicap prize in 2011.

A few years ago Marco did this on a small-wheel shopper, dressed as a ninja, with a sound system. And last year Ajay was disguised as a Roman centurian. Is there a fancy-dress prize worth aiming for this year Jon?
