well, up in the trussochs (sp?), there are some nice little hills, i think one went up to 2000ft. I guess you could do a very hilly circuit again and again?

I would guess it meant she used one of those turbo trainers that you plug into a PC and can vary resistance to simulate hills along a route etc?

You're thinking of Carry on up the Khyber.

I checked one or two bits of the Tour of Wessex on Google earth last year. No help whatsoever.
