In the 'training' forum the first 17 posts, apart from 2, have been started and finished by RobH. Yeah sorry I've been writing reports all morning so I got bored :(

One day when I have a really long, boring train or plane journey, I will print those interesting, but rather indigestible for online consumption, posts for reading.

Actually that's in a couple of weeks

I'd assumed it was Rob H's personal forum?

Perhaps we could have a 'Rob H's Training Section' and then a 'Lesser Mortals Training Section' for those people who just want to set up a chain gang or find out how to do through and off or what hill sprint training is all about??

Huw tells me your posts make perfect sense, but to be honest I don't understand most of what you write  So that tends to put me off and I don't read it

No need to be embarrassed....It is hard to digest and I've been on the FaCT forum for 8 months now scrolling through their posts and spent 12 days training with these guys when I took my level I & II lactate certification courses.

When I get stuck I have 2 people from Canada who I email and ask questions when I don't understand anything.

CW should do an article and explain the driible I post in layman terms lol! Over to you Huw!

Could you write it in a format that is easier for us laypeople to understand? I don't know if you are just cutting and pasting from the FACt place, but honestly it is just wasted on me.

But at the same time, if it was written in a way that was more accessible I know I would find it really interesting.

.

No problem...I'm currently writing a document at the moment with pretty pictures lol!

Some people are only just beginning to get to grips with a power meter, myslef I've been using a Powertap for 8 years so bringing across some of the wacky ideas from FaCT can be very confusing...Point noted Michelle.

Not sure if you have read this post (1st post) but this explains quite clearly I think what FaCT is about :- viewtopic.php?f=5&t=6685

Unfortunately there are only 100 pages in the magazine and only 50 issues per year so not enough space :D :D :D

Seriously though I'm on it - have to do the final instalment of the power training feature first before moving on to the FaCT story - if we can find a suitable interpreter for Jurg Feldman :D

Guineau pig monitoring will begin in October (overseen by a former national coach) so somebody's gonna have cameras in their face during Rob's test
