Jogged...I think he could walk faster than I could sprint, he did seem to just take it easy for the last half the race. 8)

Unquestionably amazingly cool! He's like a big kid showing off against little kids 8) 8) 8). I've never seen two athletes so happy to get Bronze and Silver. I can't wait for the 200 metre final :D

[quote="marco"]In all honesty I would be amazed if he was clean. The IOC seem to think along similar lines with the Jamaican track and field team undergoing targetted testing.

His quote in the following interview was interesting
[quote]"Anything is possible. The human body is changing so you never know."

maybe he's been to Downe and is a big Charles Darwin fan...??
Oh my god you extrapolate drug taking from that quote. I'm sure he's clean at least I really really really hope so. Then maybe people like yourself will believe once again :D :D :D

On a slightly different tack if you look on some sites on the internet there is a suggestion that Michael Phelps is not clean. But I have to say and it really is a terrible indictment of sport in general , but the first thing I thought when I saw it was "he's on some good gear". Isn't that terrible :?:

Looks like Michael Johnson's got a bit of humble pie to eat for dinner this evening.

"Bolt can't run the bend fast enough to break my world record" or words to that effect.

19.30

[quote]One interesting thing that came out after all that was that Jamaica doesn't have an accredited out of competition testing programme in place to keep a check on its athletes.

It does make one wonder why, all of a sudden, Jamaican sprinting, both men and women's, has suddenly become so dominant.
I, myself, am deeply suspicious.
