Jogged...I think he could walk faster than I could sprint, he did seem to just take it easy for the last half the race.

On a slightly different tack if you look on some sites on the internet there is a suggestion that Michael Phelps is not clean. But I have to say and it really is a terrible indictment of sport in general , but the first thing I thought when I saw it was "he's on some good gear". Isn't that terrible
