Nope. I left the video happily recording the wrong channel :roll: and went out with the Training Group instead :D .

I went out with the 17's. I've found it's the best way to do really well in the sprints! 2nd for the last 2 weeks. 8)

But apparently it's not quite the done thing, so I had better stop. :oops:

I went out with the 18s.

A bit odd. Sometimes we were rolling along like a J4F ride, followed by people attacking off the front and sudden surges of pace. We were quite a large group and got a little strung out at times.

Split into 2 for the through and off, which was ok, but ended in a rather novel way just as the sprint was starting to wind up when Ajay decided to ride into a ditch. He was ok, so we all got back on and completed the sprint, which I nearly won, being pipped on the line.

An average of 19mph in the end and a good run before my Tour of the Surrey Hills on Sunday - there's an exciting report on that elsewhere in the Forum.
