Hi everyone, after leaving us Monday morning, he became ill with severe stomach pains and was admitted to East Surrey Hospital in the evening where he has been diagnosed with an imflamed Gall bladder. WE are all going to see him this afternoon and will let you know how he is.

Just got back from East Surrey hospital with Joyce, Peter and Ksusha.

Keith had a bad pain in his chest and side last night, perspiring with a very fast 290 heartrate, so the ambulance whisked him off to hospital.
He's spent the night on a drip but they can't find anything seriously wrong with him, which is very good news indeed.

He's in good spirits with not too much pain, just a bit of a pain when he's lying on his right side.

So once he's back to a full appetite and eating by himself were sure he'll be let home.

The boss is very relieved her brother is doing alright.

I was alarmed at first, to hear that the most indestructible Agreeable is laid up. Not long before, all of us at the 12 Hour saw him as bright as a button as usual (and amazed to hear he'd had negligible sleep through watching the Women's marathon through the very early hours!)
So happy to hear the news is positive now. We need to post that record heartrate in the Forum's Training section!
