I believe that Marek is doing a longer route taking in some of Ashdown Forest, he is not in the Training A's or B's.

8.30 @ 15mph = 8.50
8.45 @ 16mph = 9.05
9.00 @ 17mph = 9.20
9.15 @ 18mph = 9.35
9.30 @ 19mph = 9.50
9.45 Training Group B = 10.10
10.00 Training Group A = when Stu turns up.

*please note, the above is a joke and is a sly dig at how bad at time keeping we are as a whole
