Just about finished the Ballbuster on Saturday and achieved my goal in the process.
Did it in 4h 01m last year but was looking to improve by 5% this year, which I did by finishing in 3h 49m (splits: 1.05.43 / 1.25.51 / 1.17.54).
In the overall this took me from 235 last year to 214 this.
I?d like to thank all those who gave me encouragement, especially Maria, Phil, Huw and Tamar. Sorry for not being too talkative afterwards but I was hurting!!

The excess minute was easy, it's the excess weight I had trouble with!
