Nice one Michelle. A really great start to your Palace career.

Thanks very much to the ACC marshalls last night. :D

Hey well done to everyone who raced last night. Marshalling at the bottom with Stephanie gave a great perspective on how fast the various bunches go. Chris Moores (DP) and Warrick Spence (Cyclefit) looked particularly speedy in the E12's.

So, well done to Keith for winning the bunch sprint, and I got my 2 points so I am now 3rd cat!! I was catching up on Keith but the others were catching up on me and was just pipped on the line for 7th by the Team Economic Energy guy, 5th - 8th at least were very close, didn't notice the Sigma Sport guy. I see we were beaten by Hugo Humphreys who must have moved up from the youth races recently and gets a win!! When in the London Youth Games Hugo came first overall in the time trial averaging 2 mins a lap by himself around the course. Oh, and good try by Steve on his solo effort for a few laps off the front.

Also well done Adam, the first 2nd cat in the E/1/2 (and the youngest in the top 10!)

8) Kieran - Probably the most deserving awarding of 3rd cat status.

Cheers Kieran, and I nearly took the Scalp of Warrick Spence in that sprint too... 8)

Congratulations on your promotion, see you on the road soon...?

One thing I would say, never forget the ladies!

Road & Track - Women
Place Rider Club Age Cat Disc Cat Rank Pts Series Pts
1 Dorothea Cockerell Twickenham CC Over 23 3rd 10 0
2 Charlotte Blackman London Dynamo/Cyclefit Over 23 1st 8 0
3 Jo Munden VC Meudon Over 23 2nd 7 0
4 Karen Price Dulwich Paragon CC Over 23 2nd 6 0
5 Rohan Battison http://www.agiskoviner.com Under 23 2nd 5 0
6 Michelle Le Brun Addiscombe CC Over 23 3rd 4 0
7 Melissa Wadams Over 23 3rd 3 0
8 Maria David Dulwich Paragon CC Over 23 2nd 2 0
9 Jayne Wadsworth De Laune CC Over 23 3rd 1 0
10 Lisa Scarlett Trisportnews.com Over 23 2nd 1 0

A strong debut by Michelle, and a solid ride by my lovely team mate despite riding up silly hills on gears that were too big the day before, while I spent most of the day lazing about!

Think I was the only U23 rider on Tues anyway Kieran, although I'm sure there will be more when I get my ass kicked in the TOB London Grand Prix a week Sunday...

Well done Keith you always looked strong but now you're fast as well. You must be delighted Sir.

Hey Michelle good to hear you're racing again. I didn't know you've not been on yer bike, have you been ill, it wasn't the flu was it?

Well done all you other Agreeables and Adam for another top 10 just behind Warrick you are in some seriously fast company there.
