help and advice needed! (damaged back!)

Seen to have damaged my back decorating, off the bike for two weeks now! any advice should I try a chiropractor? psysiotherpist? going to see my gp tomorrow but unfortunately I do not have been much faith in them. Any advice?

If its just a specific injury I would see a physio. Chiros tend to focus on the whole of the back over a long period of time rather than specific areas.

My advice is 'don't decorate'.

Physio's are the best from my experince as they work on the problem directly and not all over and not only that my Physio's a real gem.
On a serious note if you would like some help with the decorating I am more than happy to offer my services FOC as I am off work and need some thing to do. I am no Micheal Angelo but am I am willing to help out where I can.

Be careful you don't damage your back Nick, we don't want another injury. I always find it is better to let the wife do the decorating, gives her something to do when I am out on my bike.

PS Nick thanks for the very kind offer, but don't want to any more hassle with my crappy house untill after Christmas. I've decided get some physio, and have finally arranged to go to cyclefit to have a full bikefit.
