I would like to have a go at this race. I do not have a BC licence number. Can I still compete if I dont have a BC number.
I will still be riding my very old steal frame Pearsons so as a complete novice to all racing only did one 10 Mile TT back in 1983 about time I had another go. Can you please let me know if I can compete. It should be fun.

Ok thanks. I don't have club jersey etc though, Geoffrey butler never has any!! Medium anyway. I've got club water bottles though...! Surely I can race with a plain non team jersey?...

Well, this thread inspired me to see what a road race is from the inside! So you have another contestant for the "Lanterne Rouge"
I will join the "newbie" race (used to be called 'B', but apparently now it is 'A'!).

I just hope wearing the club kit is not mandatory, I still don't have mine. I have an excuse though: GB has been out of stock in my size for a month, and apparently will be for a while (at least 4 weeks, they told me).

I really would like to race but I'll be on a motorcycle as NEG I think the race needs it.
