Oooooh (sharp intake of breath). You're in big trouble now. What about Keith.........Mr Puncture is out with his broom tomorrow afternoon, and there won't be any rain at all between then and Saturday morning. I reckon it may be an entirely stone free circuit by 5pm tomorrow. He's gonna be so thorough, even the blackberries are going to be polished.

Like your prediction for the B race though, although you may have jinxed a certain someone :?

My wild and probably hopelessly inaccurate stabs in the dark:

Most aggressive rider - will be George or Marek without a doubt, I fully expect them to be going for it from the off and dishing out some pain :D . Can't say I'd be surprised to see Dan off the front on at least one occasion either but it could depend on how hung over he is  .
Best TT riders prize - From what I can remember of who's in then Carole, George wins too much as it is :D .

A - Adam, Stu, Andy E, Marek from what's left of the bunch. Don't think it'll be a big bunch though even on a flat circuit after George and Marek have had their fun. Given top 4 for the top 3 ACC placings.

B - Hopefully it'll be a good proper race, with riders scattered all over the place  . I have a sneaky feeling Alan will be adopting similar tactics to G & M in the A race. Paul otP and Adrian are very strong but not sprinters so I'll go for...
Rob C, Locky, Michelle if Mark's dissolving hip last out  - All 3 have done enough races this year to have an advantage over the others . Would be great to see Alan win it solo after going for a long one though.

Really gutted to miss this but can't DNS my TTs after making a special request to the organiser. Bad form an' all that.

base on the recent TT George Adam and Stu were all within spitting distance of each other so a fight between them, Marek might take a surprise win while they're busy watching each other, is Paul H racing? he might get it. 50 to 1 odds for me!

A - Race
The Smilin Assasin and Marek will both Attack in the first couple of laps. The Smilin assassin will drown Marek with his superior threshold power and Marek will be alongside myself and Huw at the sidelines sipping hot chocolate. A wanna be 1sT cat will initiate a well drilled thru and off and bring back all breakaways whilst the youngest member of the A race Jumps away with wanna Be 1st cat on his wheel... who wins I don't know but it'll be fun :D :D

B- Race
Super agreeable Alan will some how persuade the group to ride at 18mph and jump away with Michelle, Adrian and a few others. Someone will win  Or the guy who's been sending me PM's every couple of days since the race was first announced  will wear what he promised to wear and ride the bike he promised to ride and ride away for the win on lap one. :D

No predictions from me - everyone who takes part is a hero... ACC is the winner... sport as a whole benefits etc etc and other sporting cliches :D

Now, some rules...

1) just because two of the fastest riders and anti-post favorites are STUDENTS doesn't mean you should offer them MONEY on the back straight to take a dive in the third (lap)   The stewards will be watching and any attempts to influence the result financially will be frowned upon, unless of course its the stewards who are in receipt of unmarked brown envelopes stuffed with fivers.

2) Likewise irregular betting patterns WILL show up on our monitors so if somebody stakes their mortgage on AJAY and he wins after a three-lap solo breakaway QUESTIONS WILL BE ASKED.

3) The race is run under Italian federation anti-doping rules so take what the hell you like before, during and after the race - we're unlikely to test you and even if we do we ain't gonna find anything

4) Michelle, being a woman, likes flowers and has a history of examining them closely in this event. Keep that in mind if following her wheel and the road suddenly goes missing

5) Rumours that Lance Armstrong's comeback starts at this race have proved impossible to confirm though I did see a guy who looked like Johan Bruyneel buying malt loaf in Purley Tescos yesterday

See you all there and have a great ride :D

Ooh, this is gonna be fun :D

Predictions are tough.. It's going to be hard for anyone to get away on such a flat course, but the non-spinters are going to have to try.

A Race - Usual suspects of Adam, Stu and George. Hopefully one of us lowly 3rd cats will get away whilst they all mark each other :D

B Race - Anything can happen. A break of 3-5 riders will make it away with a couple of laps to go.. Rob C, Rob W, Michelle, Locky & Ajay
