Cool. Does it mean if I'm losing my 2nd cat licence this season I can race with the 3rd cats in this series?

if you get points in the winter seies they will go towards next seasons points. How many do you need to maintain 2nd cat status, Sylv?

Unless its really important to you why not leave it and come back as a 3rd cat with a bit more fire in your belly and get a win or two :D :D

I had to pull out of 4 races this summer due to punctures and mechanicals (given I average about 1 race a week ) is this higher than for others? Will see about giving this series a shot, based on my experience in the london crit champs I'll be in the 3rd/4th race rather than the E/1/2/3.

I know its a brand new circuit but isn't £12 a bit steep for winter racing :o

Yes your right Paul, he forgot about George and Paul H. Oh, and you of course, will we be seeing you in early season breaks at Alfold and Dunsfold. I may ride the 2nd cat races early season again as although they were hard, they were good fun this year (kind of).

Cheers

Yes, George and I have hatched a plan - George doesn't get enough ponts to retain his 2nd cat so goes along and mullers the 3rd cat race, breaking away with me glued to his wheel (money has changed hands)
