So...... Everyone has had time to get used to the idea or dismissed it outright as just being plain crazy, chicken!!!!

Who is up for wearing their pants with pride and showing the whole world, well Croydon is the centre of my known universe anyway, what cycling really means to them???

Sounds very similar to the Freewheel event which works really well now and is the equivalent type of ride for Croydon's cyclist's but given an eco carbon neutral theme. 8)

If you can combine the theme's of the London Naked Bike Ride with an item of green clothing would be ideal as no-one is seriously suggesting you ride round Croydon in just you're underwear. Keep it fun and lighthearted is the idea I think. Lots of noise and colour to make a big impression on those people in their cars and who are just out and about in Croydon. :P

If you look at the route guys you'll see it goes past our own clubhouse almost and so to not be represented on the ride seems like a crime worse than treason.

I therefore suggest we get as many people who are willing and sane enough to get on their bikes for the "Green" cause we "should" all be so familiar with. Not forgetting certain namesakes in the Club!!! Mr G

Look out for the Indecent-Exposure Bike Ride posters coming to a bike shop near you soon!!!! :!:

Sorry Kasper, I'm otherwise engaged on the 19th. Otherwise I'd have loved to go, honest, would I lie to you. You'll be able to spot the proper cyclists by their tan lines  .
