Pilates

I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

Roll up roll up!!!! Last orders at the bar folks....

I'll leave this open to ACC for a few more days - in addition a.n.other cycling club has expressed an interest and I plan to offer up a slot or two if we don't hit the 15 mark by - let's say Monday close of play

Is it too late to get a place? Is the club house just down the road from East Croydon station then?

[quote="Snoop Doug"]So - getting round to focussing on this (about bloomin time  ). Before I get back in touch with Adam.....

Can I start with a list of people who are willing to commit to this on a regular basis? So far I think we have:

Snoop
Andrew G
Marky Mark
Huw
Alan M
Conor
Rob C
Adrian
Guru Paul
Tamar

Have I missed anyone  who was in at at the start and who wants to continue..? Please let me know. The max class size is 15. ACC committee has agreed to fund the purchase of the equipment and I shall liaise with Adam on this.

If we get 15 people then the cost will be £48 per person for an 8 week block of lessons, it goes up a bit (to £60) if we don't hit the magik 15. The 15 would need to pay this up front and then, if someone can't make a session it falls to them to either let it slide or get a sub.Snoop

Snoop,

I just joined a gym that has pilates classes included in the price so I'm going to bail out of this.

Sorry to be a pain.

Rob

Drum roll puhlease......

Stick November 5th in your diary. This is the provisional date for the start of Team ACC Pilates  . The club has kindly agreed to buy the gear. We have somewhere to store it and the diary @ the club room is free. Fee is £60 per head for a block of 8 lessons to be paid on the first night to Adam

Sorry this has taken me so long to coordinate.

I've dropped Adam a note to make sure he can make this date will confirm asap. Meantime stick it in the diary and get ready to feel the stretch

Cheers - Snoop

OK confirmed as a 5th November start. Fee will be £52.50 for 7 weeks taking us up to and including December 17th. We'll make plans for 2009 at that point.

Either bring a cheque on the 5th payable to Adam Murby or pm him for bank details to deal direct.

Cheers - Snoop
