UCI World Cup - what an event!!!!

Hoooo boy. I've never been inside a velodrome before this weekend, what a time to break my duck. Just returned from the speediest, bangiest, crashiest thing on two wheels!! The GB sprint team were awesome - poetry in motion. When we first arrived I was shocked at how steep the banked ends of the track are - scary. That was nothing when compared to the racing - these men and women are completely nuts and watching them is just tipperty top. If like me this is something new to you I would strongly recommend having a watch. I would also recommend going out in Manchester on Saturday night and getting completely razzed.
