I think it's the brownies that have the hall before us so you can only actually go in when they've come out. Always pretty prompt but not sure you could go in and set stuff up, you could sort as much as poss outside in the hallway bit and carry it in as a pre-built rig, if indeed it is a building a rig type exercise to set up.
