Even though that is the best picture on there, the person who takes the photo's has a tallent, check out the other unmaned pictures in that section.

Nope that's towards the top in amongst the crowds. They give you a lift to try harder, but as Paul said you need to give a good grimace for the spectators, they haven't come out to see you smiling on the hill :D .
