Perhaps the bag contains one of those extended grab arm thingies, hang on though he doesn't have a bottle in the cage so no need to get there

Looks like that is happening all the time from the riding position
.About as easy to get to as the built in bottle on the new P4

I swear tall bikes are for eccentrics who think a recumbent is too normal.
