Bridget, Chloe, and others, ask John about this as well. Although it says "men" from when I did it a couple of years ago there were a few women there and the stronger among you (faster 18 & 19s CR group riders) would be fine. To be honest there were some weaker riders (strong 17 and 18s CR level and it was advertised as the same cat 3/4 level) but John just split us in to two or three groups based on ability for some of the exercises (chasing a rival and the like) as he had one or two other coaches with him sometimes. Others like the long drag hill intervals were all done as one group.
It may be a bit different than from when I did it as far as the setup is concerned, splitting men and women's sessions, but if these aren't suitable then he may be running other "Power Pack" sessions that would be more open. They are run around the CR area so the roads aren't alien to you and are based on Surrey League circuits so if you are thinking of doing any of the SL Handicaps next season then could provide a handy intro.
As I said before a very nice bloke and he'll be happy to help with advice.
