The murder theory abounds with even Volkswagon making a statement that in that type of accident with that type of car the driver would not sustain those type of injuries :|

I seem to recall another crash some time ago, involving a large German saloon car, that had the conspiracy theorists and other moon-howlers at their window-licking best for years afterwards.
