yes for 10.30 - you?

VC Londres Track Training
1 March 2008 to 25 October 2008 (track unavailable over winter).

Adults £3
16-17 £2
U16 £2 for one stage. Free bike hire.
Adults £6
16-17 £3
U16 £2 for two or more stages. Free bike hire.

No membership fees apply & you do not have to be a member of VC Londres to participate.

Experienced riders generally take part in both stages 3 & 4. However, ALL riders who have never attended Herne Hill training sessions MUST do the Stage 1 Induction before progressing to the other stages. For most experienced riders this should be an easy reminder of track etiquette, along with other aspects that can differ between tracks.

Stage 1 Induction 09:00 to 10:30 All abilities catered for as long as you can ride a bike! Please arrive by 8:45 to be ready to start at 9.00. Please note that once the induction session has commenced, it is not possible for latecomers to join in.
Stage 2 Novice & Youth 09:00 to 10:30 Gentle riding & races for the young & the less fit.
Stage 3 Skills Training 10:30 to 11:45 Bunch riding, skills training & taking part in training races.
Stage 4 Fitness Training 11:45 to 13:00 Training races & exercises to improve speed & fitness.

Yes, I think I will go for the 10:30 session onwards this weekend before settling into the clubrun/ road for the winter. If I'm at HH on a clear day I can pretend its still summer.

BUT if it rains heavy overnight or is raining or drizzling on Saturday I'll be on the club run as HH will then be called off

To avoid any confusion Hog Hill is NOT called Hog Hill, HH or any such derivative - it is

Redbridge Cycling Centre :!:
