Are you staying out the training forum now? I've had a coffee, I'm ok now. :wink:

Are you also trying to warn me that FaCT is actually a mind bending Cult made up of a hareem and his 38 wives with 487 children? :?

And where can I get a hulk cycling top :?:

Well that's let the cat out of the bag. And after she promised me it would be our little secret too. Right, she's dumped.

Lecture from Simon Jones (GB coach)

Stressed the psychological management of the rider was the most important factor

OH MY GOD.... sod the medals she got to meet the Foo Fighters.

if that’s what I need to do to meet ‘Dave the God Grohl’ then hell I’d better get out on my bike training,

Watching the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre should cure you of any lingering Dave Grohl fantasies.

a) his must be the worst band in the world
b) I've never seen the film, but bought the dvd in cash converters recently - what's the link, it is the pretentious facial hair?

a) Yep, I don't see the attraction myself
b) When you come to watch the film, pay particular attention to the hitchhiker..

[quote="Sean Hogan - 何祥"]Aren't they a Nirvana Lite ?

Sort of a franchise, with ever-changing personnel. Bit like the Sugababes - only hairier and (studiously) scruffier.

I quite like the Foo Fighters :) , the heavier stuff rather than the poppier stuff. Hated Nirvana and the dirge(sp?) they used to dish out. Was never a big fan of the early 90s grunge era, liked Soundgarden though.
