Pilates

I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

Super bit of flexing on the evening.

Bit lacking on the banter though!
Apart from Andrew  working in Willy Wonkers chocolate factory with his short legs
Don't forget Andrew, us lengthy people have further to stretch so drop the moaning.

Lot of groans flying around the room followed by gasps of air as Adam reminds up to breath again.

As happened to me last time, the next day was fine but the 2nd day reminded me that I once upon a time had stomache muscles many moons ago.

Agreeable night, bonus ball of a slice of cake to top it off. :D

Help with 'The Register'.

Postby Pilates-balance.com » Wed Nov 12, 2008 1:32 pm

Hi guys,

Great to meet you again last week and look forward to doing it again tonight.
Can you give me a little help with names please and also with allocating nicknames to the right people (cue some witty new ones!).

My list of attendees goes like this (in no particular order):

1) Bridget Malarky
2) Mr N Williams (Very formal! - First name?)
3) Andrew Green
4) D & C Shaw (!)
5) Huw Williams
6) Conor Cormican
7) Mark Turner (Marky Mark I presume?)
8) Keith Coffey
9) P Tunnell (Could this be Guru Paul?!) - Didn't attend last week?
10) Steve Perry
11) Amy Robinson
12) Tamar Collis
13) Mark Locke

Who is the famous Snoop? Is it D Shaw??!
Oooh, Keith has gone a bit Acid House!

I like it Amy - excellent idea. I REALLY enjoyed the class last night. Good mix of activities and I felt slightly more able to concentrate on doing the stuff....intuitively. Feeling good today. Adam's teaching style really works for me....and there were a handful of very funny moments to boot.

Good stuff

Oh yeah, and let's make sure it's the training group for Adam when he comes out eh?

Adam, if you PM me your account number and sort code, I'll lay the cash on you. Otherwise I'll give you a cheque next week.

Another fine day at the church hall. Thank you Adam (memory man)

The hall had 2 Marky Mark's, a Gertrude, Barry, Kevin and a Dave and moaning Umpa-lumpa with short arms.
Silly giggles from Joyce secretly doing Pilates in the kitchen, we know these things y'know. 8)

Never mind there being loads of bone shattering cracks and snaps.
Apart from that I think everybody had a cracking time.

Can you get insured against a Latex injury :?:

I done better in the plank this week (sniggers from Hue in the background!) Totally smashing my 11 second world record from last week.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm cake, Thanks to a decoy from Andrew I managed to get a slice of cake through the tight security into the big wide world.
The other half gave a serious nod of approval and needs to know if we can order in bulk(the lemon one).

Marky Mark :D

Don't forget to breath

Much respect to you MM, you did indeed go close to a minute for his plank this week.
Mind you when your knees started trembling in the ski-squat position it felt like the building was starting to shake :D
