Different Route this Saturday:

Can we fit in a loop of the Crowhurst course do you reckon?, not a problem if we cannot, I can go back after Westerham and check it out.

Nick - come out and give it a try...

The average speed over the ride varies depending on the terrain but we sit 19 mph avg on flats except for dual carriageway where we do thru and off at race pace.

Hills we wait at the top (normally for me!)

I think it will be about 80km looking at the route, although I may do a bit more at the end if you fancy getting in a few more miles. I am planning on keeping my HR low over the next few weeks on the club runs so I don't think it will be too fast unless Dave Findlay is let loose on the front, and if so then we can let his tyres down. I think we will go as fast as the slowest person, as race season is approaching it is good to keep close together and practice riding in a bunch formation.

Cheers

Nick - Marek is right. About 80Km and will be ridden at a steady pace. Will start sprinting for town signs though to do some intervals.

And we will be avoiding all towns, and therefore signs I hope.
