Traffic?

Postby mrP(Boonen)VT » Fri Nov 28, 2008 3:32 pm

As I was staying over in Croydon last night, I had to ride back through the streets of the fair city (well town, anyway), and on my journey, I encountered a large number of motor vehicles in a line one behind each other, waiting patiently for the one in front to move, and I have it on good authority that "townsfolk" call it a traffic jam

Furthermore, some multicoloured lights on poles that seemed to alternate between red and green, with yellow inbetween - traffic lights :?: :?:

There's nothing more satisfying than over taking lines of static traffic, just gives you a nice warm smug sensation. :D

This morning as I cruised down the brighton road into sutton I'd enjoyed my three hours in the rain so much I had to smile & wave at all the traffic as i rolled by,

poor buggars spending all that money to go nowhere-no wonder car drivers are all so bloody miserable.

I had a big Frenchie in the past and loved it. Can't beat a big a big Citroen with gas suspension for comfort. I've always tended to like the big Citroens as they have a bit of individuality that all the other boring boxes don't.

I had a big Frenchie too. Lots of room in the back and was a comfy ride but didn't last very long.
