Help I can't stop eating

Postby Toks » Tue Dec 09, 2008 12:46 am

Its nearly 12 am. I had a rather sumptuous meal around 8pm but I'm ready to eat again. Crunch nut cornflakes, Macdonalds, a tuna bagel I don't care I need to eat something. I can't stop myself. Does anyone else simply over eat during the winter months? There's really no need is there? I think there's a large bag of Maltesers in the cupboard - its too late guys I'm gonna finish the lot :( :(

Strangely yes - I blame it on the cold weather

Amazing! that is my exact same pre-CR breakfast. One slice buttered sits under the eggs, the other buttered and marmaladed. Though I prefer the Old Fashioned Scots oats for a better "mouth feel".
Pot of tea to wash it all down and then a bacon sarny mid-CR at the caff.

BTW, was it just me or were the bacon sarnies on Saturday among the best ever?

Strange, all this lbp training means I am not that hungry anymore. Don't need to take stuff out with me on the CR, could do three hours on a bottle of goo, and then have maybe a flapjack and a cup of tea at the cafe, and do another hour and a half on another bottle of goo.

Still, nice to have a hot chocolate milk and some eggs on toast and maltloaf for lunch when I do get in

And the weight is going as well - the proof is in the reducing bra size

Watch out, my fat may be heading Toks' way..... :D

That doesn't sound anything like excessive to me, Toks. In fact, no wonder you're hungry again so soon. I'd recommend rolled jumbo oats - they'll keep you filled up for longer - till about 11.15, say. :?

That was breakfast and lunch for me on Saturday, with a cafe-less clubrun in between.

 Oh know. I tell you i could've eaten all of those chocolate cakes. I haven't had anything so far this morning but I'm going to the kitchen soon. I'm off on holiday for three weeks over Christmas and the new year so who knows my racing weight of 71-73kg may become a cuddlier 80kg's :D . Damn I'll have to scrap the short fastish rides for lots and lots of LSD miles. Noooooooooo!!!!!

Sounds like a good idea Mark. I'll need convincing it will work though so seeing as you're already very good at have tests done why don't you try it out for a couple of months and get back to me with the results :D :D
