Well done Tamar !

Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

Well done Tamar !

Addiscombe had its first victory of the year yesterday care of Tamar.

She won the ladies' competition in the Kingston Wheelers Sporting 14 tt @ Hungry Hill, with a time of 40mins 28mins.

Nice one Tamar !

Well done. 8)
Not bad for somebody who was complaining of "not feeling too great" all the way to the Cafe on Saturday, whilst riding just about the whole group off her wheel.

Was 40.48, not 40.28. And there was only one other woman riding (not four of us as reported on Londoncyclesport) so let's not get too excited just yet. Although admittedly it felt good to be ahead rather than behind.

Definitely benefited from the drinking in Mallorca. Top training tip. :D

Think I need to sort out that flapping gilet though. Reckon that lost me a few seconds.

And I wasn't the fastest Agreeable out that morning. Frederick Schwarz came =6 I think with speedy fast time of 35.15 so please give due admiration. I just got lucky that not many women turned up.

You've sussed my cunning plan. Peak in Feb, get a few early, easy wins, then rest on laurels for remainder of season. :)
