Stu, Sylv and myself will be doing a ride starting at CS 9:30am if anybody fancies joining us.

It will be a steady ride but not as steady as Andrew's.

Now I'm tempted by this. Could do with giving my legs a bit of a thrashing though seeing as I'll get very little sleep tonight maybe I'll see how I feel when I wake up. Don't really want to get dropped tomorrow and be left with a lonely ride home.

If I feel like crap I'll just got for the steady ride with Mr and co.

A good ride with just Paul and me. I was a bit under the weather (a bad hangover lasts me most of a weekend these days) and Paul had been riding the previous day, but we still managed a relatively hilly (+1,068m over 86km) ride at a decent pace (30.6km/h) - including slowing to about 0.5km/h through some more massive puddles.

We went down to Lingfield, Edenbridge, Sevenoaks and then back to Westerham via Ide Hill, to finish up Clarkes Lane (much better than Titsey!) to Warlingham. Our HRM/GPS were beeping non-stop at times. Saw Andrew's ride just as I was leaving home, and some Paragons on the TT course. Cheers Paul. 30 min power was 231w.
