I get something like that too - I think that previous years in the saddle must've weakened 'em (or is it just lurve
). I do get the occasional pop out but mostly they just tend to twinge and kind of semi-pop as a warning. I then tend to hop on the better one. I am constantly fiddling with my cleats (leave it) as I'm never 100% happy with how I connect to the bike - so to speak. I would be interested in any cleat related tips....As for my shoulder - let's not go there.
I suspect that eating more sushi would be a good place to start but I like your idea about running - I just wish I didn't hate actually doing it so much.
