Race/Event Organisers - When Is It?

Folks

I'm about to start the joy that is filling the marshalling calendar for next season. To do that I need to know:

When your event is and how many helpers you need.

Roll up roll up don't be shy, I can't help you if I don't know about it yup?

Cheers - Snoop

Thanks Sean

To be clear tho please - I don't really want helper info just yet. I need to know what the calendar looks like first so I can advertise and fill it that way. If too many folk step forward now my tiny noggin will explo........

If the Beastway series runs in 2009 (not yet certain, due to venue issues), then our event will be on a Wednesday evening in late June. I will require between between 6 and 10 helpers - a mix of marshalling and lap scoring duties.

Early duties will also be available to help mark out the course for the evening.

More details to follow in Janueary/Frebruary when I get the details and confirmation of whether the series is running.
