A Christmas day dip... we call it cross traning

Down in Devon at the farm... its tradition to have a Christmas day dip in the sea... its A rigorous training session comprised of a 800m run in wellies (of course mine are PINK hunters) and swimming costumes.. on arrival at the sea a dip with three laps of the 'bugles hole' and a quick warming uphill sprint back, before warming out selves on the AGA

Note : pearls were worn, just in case you were wondering.. cant let the side down
