Herne Hill Madisson Cross

Raced the madisson cross at herne hill today, nice short course with handslings on the changovers.
I teamed up with Phil Jones from Dulwich Paragon, we had a steady ride to finish 3rd.

What a great idea to mix two area of the sport that have their fair share of crashes . When you told me you were doing this George I didn't think you'd be doing hand slings as well, I thought it would be more of a relay, and then you stay upright during those and crash when you're on your own .

Nice technique for the hurdles, can you give me a demo on Sunday?
